Visited Animate Akihabara to buy commercial yaoi manga. I have read them at manga cafe, and also I have bought yaoi dojinshi a hundred times, but to tell the truth, this was the first time for me to buy commercial yaoi manga. I was so pulsated! (In Japanese, waku waku doki doki♡)

What you can see in Animate at first is “otaku souvenirs.”

Let’s go up to the floor for girls.

Found Kumamate at girls’ floor. You can play dress-up with teddy bears. These bears were sold out last time! At this time, I got full range of bears!

A thousand of anime and manga goods… I’ll not get bored looking at the shop until morning.

Commercial Manga and Books section. There are so many kawaii yaoi manga that I can’t decide what to buy! I think that yaoi manga artists have great skill in painting.

Of course you can find “not yaoi” at Animate.

　

Today’s catch at Animate Akihabara
Kumamate with Case Closed and Uta no Prince-sama’s costumes, and three commercial yaoi manga! All of these manga are really nice! Especially “Best Ending? (ベストエンディング？)” by Junta Mio (三尾じゅん太) is so cute. I became huge fan of this manga artist!

   I’m travelling to Japan sometime and am looking to get my hands on some yaoi doujinshi (Hetalia, Supernatural, Cardfight Vanguard, FF series) would you be able to provide some pointers and advice?

     Thank you for your comment, and so sorry for my reply was late. When I want to buy doujinshi, I usually go to Mandarake, the largest second-hand otaku goods shop in Japan. You can get nice doujinshi at low price there. FYI Mandarake has mail-order and door-to-door sales operations all over the world, so you can maybe get doujinshi and other otaku goods any time.
     If you want to buy newest doujinshi, I recommend Toranoana, one of the largest doujin-goods shops. Many doujin artists sell their latest doujinshi on consignment there.
